"Lisa Cutler is on a mission to advance gender balance in leadership. After many years of building, leading and coaching teams in large corporate organisations, Lisa set up her own business, Cutler Coaching, to focus specifically on supporting and progressing women in leadership.

Through speaking engagements, one-on-one coaching and her highly successful women in leadership program, Lisa is helping to create confident, inspiring and successful female leaders.

Lisa’s career has spanned across Europe, the United States and Australia and includes global companies such as IBM and ANZ. Lisa was born in the UK and is a graduate of Portsmouth University with an Honours Degree in Business Information Systems. Lisa is also a certified Coach and Practitioner of NLP, a certified Life Coach and Advanced Practitioner of Coach Mastery
